Alta Organic Coffee Warehouse & Roasting Company, based in Santa Cruz, has been a pioneer in sourcing pesticide-free coffee for over 25 years. They are dedicated to the ethical and sustainable production, and consumption of coffee. Alta Organic roasts only the finest-organic, Arabica beans from coffee farms located throughout Central and South America, Indonesia, and Africa.
We use the Espresso Blend, a dark and medium roasts blend, with notes of chocolate.
Matchaful's Hikari is a Single Origin Ceremonial Matcha, with a smooth and creamy palette with tasting notes of walnut, lemon, and butter.
Sourced from a sustainable, fourth-generation family farm located in the Shizuoka Prefecture of Japan.
Their plants are grown without pesticides and fertilized using organic compost from the local community, maintaining a closed-loop system.
All single-origin matcha is ground-to-order and delivered within three months of grinding to prevent oxidation.
Zum Zum Tea is a small local company owned by Anthony and Kimberly, die-hard tea lovers with a love and deep respect for farming, Fair Trade practices and the work that goes into creating the food and drink we consume.
We use their loose leaf teas as well as compostable non toxic tea bags.

Ad Astra Bread Co is a locally owned bakery focusing on natural leavened sourdough breads. All-organic flours to create old-world style sourdoughs. Sourdoughs are mixed, hand portioned and shaped, allowed to slowly ferment overnight, and baked the following day.
Otto's Bread is a small artisan bread shop located in Oldtown Salinas.
Otto makes wonderful sweet and savory pastries and danishes, available on Saturdays only at the Creamery.
